Revised Executive Assistant
Missouri Bootheel Regional Consortium, Inc. (MBRC), seeks a highly organized and
uniquely qualified individual to serve as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
This position requires an ability to adapt to demanding situations, tight deadlines and a
variety of partner, grantor and beneficiary needs. The ideal candidate will have solid
experience working with chief/management executives and is accustomed to the demands
of the job which may include working after normal business hours, infrequent travel and
availability for weekend events sponsored by the agency.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The
ideal candidate is comfortable working in an environment that requires attention to detail
and exceptional communication skills. The candidate must be able to create and deliver
presentations, write well and know how to edit, be an effective communicator verbally,
non-verbally and via electronic formats. Non-Profit Experience is preferred.
Salary- mid-high 30s -Negotiable depending on education and experience.
Full-time 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required as noted above.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Administration or a related
field may include Finance, Communications, Human Resource Management, or Business
College preferred. Strong Work Tenure requires at least 3-5 years of related experience
and strong recommendations from past employers.
Requirements: Strong calendar management and scheduling skills are required.
The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact to support the CEO in all areas of work.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices,
reports, and other documents. Grants-management experience is a plus. Maintaining
confidential and sensitive information and professionalism is an absolute requirement.
Coordinates various projects under deadlines.
