NEW REVISED CASE MANAGER

Missouri Bootheel Regional Consortium, Inc. (MBRC), seeks a caring, highly organized
and uniquely qualified individual to serve as Case Manager for our clients enrolled in the
Missouri Bootheel Healthy Start Case Management program. The ideal candidate will have
a desire to help improve the health and the lives of women and babies from first
recognition of pregnancy, through the pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum period – up
to 18 months of age for the newborn. If you have a desire to help each family have a healthy

This position requires an ability to be detail-oriented and conscientious. The basic
functions of the position are linked through telehealth home visitation services. Program
Region:
Scott, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, and Dunklin counties.
Case managers provide telehealth home visitation intake, referral, and educational services
for clients enrolled in the Healthy Start case program. These services are provided to help
increase the likelihood that there is a successful pregnancy birth and postpartum period
and to help mothers and families thrive. Case managers have an assigned caseload,
maintain HIPPA compliance, and have strong proficiency with computers and data entry.
The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to work in a team environment and
independently with supervision. Required: excellent verbal and written communication,
interpersonal and listening skills, and culturally sensitive to the population served.
Qualifications: Experience in case management, maternal and child health, and infant or
mental health in a non-profit setting is preferred but not required. Associate degree or
some college preferred in a related field but not required. Experience will be considered in
place of education.
Case Manager Salary: low, mid to High 30’s Negotiable depending on education and
experience. Full-time 40 hours per week. 8-5, Monday-Friday. Position housed at MBRC in
Sikeston. No Remote Work.
