HEALTH WORKER CONTRACTORS

The program goal is to provide quality health education to reduce disparities in birth
outcomes. The Contractor will Enroll and Recruit Pregnant Women in their 1st, 2nd, or
3rd Trimester and Women with Children 18 months or younger.

• Contractors can be paid on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule.
• Flat rate of pay.
• Must have valid drivers license and transportation.
• Must complete orientation.
